Founded in 1972, AIM Construction, Inc. provides comprehensive Construction Management, Design-Build and General Contracting services throughout the Great Lakes region. With offices in Livonia, Michigan and Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, AIM Construction specializes in healthcare and institutional construction. Healthcare facilities throughout southeastern Michigan have been familiar with AIM Construction for more than three decades. By 2000, geographical growth had taken AIMS to Ohio and western Pennsylvania. AIMS also found growth in the development of other institutional facilities such as schools and banks. Flexibility in services offered along with a strong financial foundation are the backbone of the success AIM Construction has achieved. That success is measured by the continued repeat work at each facility. Project size varies based on client needs, meaning no project is too small. On a larger scale, $30,000,000 would be the top end of current project experience and bonding capacity. Original founder and President Bill Frantz, as well as, partners Tom Crawford and Tim Belanger are heavily involved in the day-to-day activities of the business, while John Bessette oversees operations in western Pennsylvania. |
