AIMS held their first annual Emerging Leaders Retreat in Pittsburgh this summer to allow the future project leaders from all three of AIMS markets to come together to learn and share in ways to build their construction management careers. Thanks to our great guest speakers that included Associate Vice Chancellor of Business Dr. Jim Earle from the University of Pittsburgh and Vice President from UPMC John Krolicki. They spoke about leadership, what they look for in construction teams, and encouraged our emerging leaders with words of wisdom.
Beaumont Urgent Care by Wellstreet
AIMS Construction is excited to begin the Beaumont Urgent Care by WellStreet in Farmington Hills. This new state of the art 4,500 sq ft free standing urgent care center will be one of the first in Michigan. The project took an existing restaurant that had been heavily damaged by fire and retransformed into a facility that will treat thousands of patients a year. It also serves as a new entry to the Beaumont Farmington Hills Hospital campus. Completion is expected the fall of 2019.
Ohio Health Westerville Sandman Cafe

Together with Design Group Architects and Nexcore Development, AIMS completed the new Sandman Café in the Ohio Health Westerville MOB. This marks the first project completed in the new Columbus Ohio market.
