Tim began his career as a summer painter for AIMS while he pursued a degree in Business Communications / Marketing from Ohio State University. He joined AIMS in the role of business development where he quickly recognized the need for contractors that specialized in the less-glamorous, but equally critical, renovation projects that keep healthcare operations successful. He was influential in targeting this niche market, and has helped guide AIMS to become among the most respected construction firms in the Great Lakes area. 

 

Under his leadership, AIMS became a model for a higher level of service to healthcare and higher education clients. Tim is passionate in his belief that AIMS should be a trusted project delivery advisor for clients. He is focused on building relationships from a foundation of trust, and is a strong promoter of communication, collaboration, efficiency and safety.

Tim is a passionate sports fan. When he is not cheering on his alma mater, you will find him on the ice playing in the Over 40 hockey league or on the links with his wife, Sharon.
