DELIVERING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Similar to many AIMS employees, Mike came aboard in the field as a driver, delivering materials to job sites. That was 1994. He moved to supervision, then to Project Management and now has spent more than 20 years delivering results to his clients. 

 

Mike has experienced the needs of his clients in the field and at the plan table. He has an uncanny ability to understand the needs of the user groups, the facilities staff and administration. In 2017 Mike was elevated to Vice President of Operations for the Michigan marketplace. As VP of Operations, Mike has complete oversight of field and office operations as it relates to projects and customer service.

Mike and his wife and four children live in Brighton.
